About the course
This flexible, part-time course has been developed to bridge the knowledge gap to meet the health and care needs of people with diabetes, including the support of effective self-care management.
The course provides healthcare professionals with a specialist interest in diabetes with the fundamental and advanced knowledge, clinical skills, experience and professional behaviour required to meet increasing healthcare challenges.
A multi-disciplinary curriculum of online learning and practical skills modules delivered as 5-day residential workshops allow students to balance study with full-time work commitments.
MSc, PGDip and PGCert exit qualifications available.
Credits for Non-Medical Prescribing can be included via APEL.
