About the course
Develop your skills and knowledge to effectively manage children and young people with asthma, including diagnosis and monitoring. Led by an expert faculty, this one-day course will increase your confidence to act as an Asthma Champion within a hospital or community environment.

In this course, you will learn about the key components of asthma management, including current and future approaches to the diagnosis of asthma. You will find out more about the management of acute asthma, preschool wheeze and the patient's perspective.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in interactive and practical workshops, focused on case based discussions and assessment tools, as well as looking at psychology and safeguarding.
