This highly popular course will provide you with a comprehensive analysis of the applied surgical anatomy of the head and neck with an emphasis on clinical relevance. The course is structured to enable far greater active participation at a number of interactive practical work stations using specimens.

Course content includes

  • Applied anatomy of the scalp and face

  • Orbital and interorbital anatomy in trauma

  • Infratemporal & pterygopalatine fossae

  • Applied anatomy of the External and Middle Ear

This course blends short lectures with practical sessions involving the use of prosections and museum specimens.

You will also take part in a multiple choice questionnaire (MCQ) to help consolidate your knowledge. 

This course is suitable for: CT1-2, ST3-5 and SAS grades.
