In this brand new, up to date and practical course our expert trainers will take you through a toolkit for taking back control when dealing with an increasingly challenging workload in a highly stressful environment.

We will look at both practical tools which you can use to manage your time, delegate and plan as well as behavioural changes you can make to feel more confident in asserting yourself, delegating and negotiating and influencing.

The aim of the course is to give you the skills to build resilience, effectively manage your workload and give the best care to your patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
