With the increased importance of telephone consultations this course aims to deliver practical skills which can be put to use immediately. The telephone is being used more and more for triage, consultation and follow-up; in the daytime as well as out of hours.  Our goal is to help you overcome difficulties and leave you with concrete ideas to enhance your own telephone contacts with patients AND a number of practical organisational suggestions.

The one day course provides you with 6 CPD credits to help you meet the requirements for appraisals and revalidation.

On the day, registration starts at 9.00am and the course runs from 9.30 to 5.00pm. The course fee includes refreshments throughout the day and a buffet lunch.
