Join us for the Faculty of Travel Medicine Annual Conference, where we'll travel back in time to cover the latest in travel medicine. Meet with colleagues to discuss the latest news and emerging diseases such as measles, mpox, vaccine hesitancy, moral injury and ayahuasca.  

This one-day in person and online conference offers 4 CPD points and will appeal to all those involved in the delivery of travel medicine, from students to academics across our multidisciplinary specialty.    

The Annual General Meeting will take place immediately following the conference. 

Who should attend?  

The Faculty of Travel Medicine Annual Conference will appeal to doctors, nurses and pharmacists who specialise in or have a strong interest in travel medicine.  

Sessions will include:

  • Moral injury in travel and expedition
  • Vaccine hesitancy
  • Traveller’s diarrhoea
  • Ayahuasca: The good, the bad and the ugly
  • Livingstone lecture

Join us at the College or remotely 

You can join us at the College to meet with speakers, chairs and colleagues, or, if you are unable to make it to Glasgow, you can join us online. 

Those coming to the College will benefit from the comfortable and modern conference facilities plus a complimentary lunch and refreshments. Everyone at the conference, attending both online and in person, will have ample time for interdisciplinary discussion.
