About the course
The New Fellows Conference is aimed at senior trainees (ST7 and above) and SAS grades aspiring to consultancy. The event aims to address those burning issues and concerns you may have ahead of securing your first consultant role and provide ‘tips and tricks’ and personal accounts from newly appointed consultants.
The event is hosted by the RCS president Clare Marx and facilitated by the RCS Council and Directors for Professional Affairs.
This full day event will include sessions on:
- How to secure your first consultant post
- The new consultant’s perspective
- Starting your first role
- Workshops; Job planning and appraisals, Complaints handling, CESR, Post CCT fellowships
