About the course

Overview

The Royal College of Anaesthetists is holding an informal session for Foundation Year Two Trainees who are considering a career in anaesthesia. The day is not intended to provide personal career guidance, but instead will focus on the general aspects of the specialty.

The day will provide an insight into life as a trainee and consultant anaesthetist. There will also be plenty of time for questions.

Please note that a similar programme will run in London on the 5th October 2016.

Delegate feedback from previous events;

  • “Good insight into life/career as an anaesthetist in a short space of time – good session.”
  • “Really useful – clearly structured and gave very valuable advice for the application – thanks very much.”
  • “I am a F1, I think it was very useful for other F1s as well as I got advice on how I can improve my CV for next year's application.”
