Neuro-Ophthalmology - Glasgow

About the course
Afferent pathway disorders present to both ophthalmologists and neurologists and are frequently challenging to both groups. Many neurologists are unfamiliar with diseases affecting the eye or optic nerve, whilst most ophthalmologists find themselves outside their comfort zone if the cause of visual loss is behind the eye. The aim of this symposium is to enhance the ability of both groups of clinicians to manage a variety of afferent pathway disorders from the retina to the visual cortex. This symposium should be of interest to both neurologists and ophthalmologists at consultant level or at any stage of training.
